Great item for short adults
I bought 2 of these seat belt adjusters ( one for each vehicle) because I could not locate anything that would keep the seat belt from across my neck. I am short 4'10" and this adjuster works the best of any that I have tried. I would not recommend this item for use with a booster seat. It is strictly for use with children or adults who sit in a regular vehicle seat. The company would probably sell a lot more of these if they advertised them for adults and placed some in the automotive section of stores instead of the baby section when selling at a bricks and mortar store.

This product is intended to be used to position a seat belt to fit a child correctly while the child is sitting in the regular seat. It is not intended for use with a booster seat. Reviews based on use with a booster seat are incorrect.
Sure Fit Adjuster
Agree with C Koen in that the first reviews posted here are simply wrong. The purpose of this adjuster is to lower a shoulder belt that would otherwise be positioned too high (across the neck) on a shorter than average person. This could be used for child or an adult to bring the shoulder belt to a more comfortable position. The product is demonstrated on YouTube so check it out there!
