Discontinued and unsafe
This items was discontinued by the manufacturer and is deemed unsafe. There should nothing between the child and the seat,this item would cause the seat warranty to be invalid. Why is it being sold on Amazon?

Great for an older child's car seat!
I was hesitant to purchase this item because I didn't know what to expect. My son is always complaining that his seat is cold while we get to enjoy our heated seats. Since he will be in a car seat for at least 2 more years, I decided to take a chance on this seat. I think it works great for our purpose. My son loves that his seat gets warm. It's a little messy having cords hanging down by him, but he's old enough to not mess with it. I don't think I would recommend this for a child younger than maybe 5 just because of the cords. I see it in a picture with an infant and I would say not a good idea considering the seat has to be plugged in and there is enough cord that a baby can wrap it around them and get caught in it.
My kid loves it
The heated seat cover work great for my almost out of the booster seat child. She loves the heat and uses even when it is not that cold.
