Nice bath seat but......
I purchased this for my 7 month old grandaughter who weighs 19 lbs. She's alittle hard to hang onto in the bathtub when I babysit her every week. First of all, I was surprised by the shipping cost but recovered after I realized where it was being shipped from. Next, didn't get to use it much because it was really hard to get her out of the chair due to her size. I think she did well in it but it's really made for a smaller baby. The other problem was that it didn't stick to the tub too well b/c our bathtub is textured on the bottom (prefab type). Overall I think I should have gone with the style that swings forward to get the baby out of it but the quality of this one was great, just not the right type for her.

Doesn't suction to the tub, expensive to return
I was very disappointed in this seat, it does not suction at all to the bottom of the tub, which really defeats the purpose of the seat. I did not realize when I ordered it that it was shipping from England--when I decided to return the item, the seller gave me the address but I am paying for shipping even though the item is defective--over $20 to send it back! And that is the slowest possible USPS return service. I won't be ordering anything else from Hello Baby.
