not what i thought
When I ordered this potty chair I thought it would at least block the urine from coming out (splash guard). I was wrong the splash guard does not come up far enough for a little boy. This is not the first time I have potty trained a child. This is my 4th little boy. If you have a girl this chair would be fine but not if you have a little boy. I was also upset about how cheaply it was made.

Good for a kid with balance issues
My child is a special needs child and has trouble balancing on the potty. This one has the flip up back and side arms for support. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the rolling toy wheel on each arm can make him lose his grip (and not concentrate on the task at hand)!
