I bought this for my 2 yr old son I need something that would attract him and make him want to use the potty. I looked a many different ones before I decided on this one. Most seemed too short or flimsy. this one is perfect in height and will not tip or move at all. I'm happy I bought this one it is so cute multi functional and my son loves it. I love that it has a magazine/book rack my son loves to put some books in there and a toilet paper holder so cute and functional. I also love that once he's ready to use the big boy toilet I can simply add the top to the chair and add rocking bars to make it a rocking chair for his room. It also matches the theme in his room great potty chair/rocking chair very sturdy will last for ever :)

Frustrated with poor quality of components
Very frustrated with this product and working with manufacturer. The chair arrived with assembly instructions that made the instructions you get from Ikea look good. Some of the pre-drilled holes did not fit the pieces. Even worse, the provided screws pierced the front of chair, breaking the surface.
When I called the service number provided in the package, they said that they would Fed Ex out replacement parts as well as the correct screws. A week later I received an envelope with 6 or 8 screws and instructions for assembling a completely different chair. The replacement piece that was ruined by the wrong sized screws was not sent as they promised.
I suppose the chair will be ok if I ever receive all the parts. I would not order it again and if the correct parts don't arrive soon, I'll send it back.
